Robert Goddard is an independent quality clothing business with eight stores across East Anglia. The business was founded by George Goddard (Robert’s grandfather) in 1895. Robert Goddard still offers the same high standards of customer service now as were insisted on by the founder over one hundred years ago.
Back in 1895 when George Goddard started the business he set out to offer service, selection and quality. One hundred and twenty-two years later, these same principals remain and have obviously proved successful. They offer distinctive style and choice from some of the best designer brands in Europe and America.
The brand’s account setup was outdated and needed a refresh to bring it back to best practice. New campaigns needed to be developed in order to hit Robert Goddard’s set targets, as well as improving overall performance of the paid channel and reach the brand’s revenue target.
