The Godiva account was relying solely on text ads which were riddled with spelling errors and broken links, reducing the likelihood of conversions. The brand wasn’t using Shopping Ads despite having an ecommerce site with a product feed, meaning the brand was missing huge opportunities to reach customers. To drive sales growth across the brand’s paid channels, we devised quick win tactics and long-term strategies that would help the account to deliver significantly improved results for the Godiva team.
We brought Godiva’s search ads up to best practices, including ensuring all ads had correct spelling and working links.
We also worked with the Godiva team to create a bespoke and fully-optimised product feed using our shopping feed management tool. In addition, we implemented shopping ads and highlighted products in best selling categories, such as hampers and chocolate boxes.
