Ethical Superstore is the UK’s leading online retailer. stocking one of the largest ranges of Fairtrade, organic, vegan and eco-friendly products from around the world.
With more consumers becoming aware of their impact on the planet, the eco-friendly, sustainable product market is becoming more saturated and competitive. To maintain the brand’s margins, the brand tasked us with lowering cost per acquisition on non-brand transactions.
We optimised the brand’s shopping feed by adding missing key product attributes, including product category, GTIN, colour and brand. In addition, we worked on improving product titles with the aim to increase product visibility on Google Shopping. This included adding key search terms to products titles to match with trends seen in user search queries within the client’s Google Ads account.
We also introduced price and performance rules to identify and further promote top performing products.
