Location: North East, UK (Offices in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and Teesside)
Reporting to: Senior Paid Social Manager
Salary: £25,000 – £34,000, dependent on experience, plus pension and benefits package

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join our team to manage our exciting client work in developing paid social strategies, building client relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, Paid Social campaign management and reporting.

Your responsibilities in the role will be to:

  • Manage client relationships.
  • Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities with your senior manager.
  • Ensure all client accounts meet best practices.
  • Mentor junior members of the team. 
  • Monitor and understand your clients’ budgets and targets.
  • Develop campaign strategies to hit our clients’ targets. 
  • Copywriting and creative selection.
  • Creative guidance for clients to improve campaign performance.
  • Campaign optimisation and testing.
  • Landing page recommendations. 
  • Provide strategic monthly reporting.
  • Deliver insights to your clients based on account performance. 
  • Plan client budgets and forecasting potential results.
  • Leading on paid social client pitches with the business development team. 
  • Efficiently manage your workload, complete all tasks on time and accurately record your time in our task management software.
  • Make meaningful contributions to team meetings.  
  • Be competent in all relevant tools such as; Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and other measurement tools where applicable.

  • Presentation skills: You’ll take pride in the way you present communications and information to the team and clients
  • Proactive: You’ll have the ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines. 
  • Researching skills: You’ll want to learn more, immersing yourself in reading blogs on biddable media to enhance your skills.
  • Strategic: You’ll think carefully about the tactics and strategies you could use to develop your client’s
  • An excellent communicator: You will have the ability to adapt your communication skills depending on the audience.
